Raaka - bourbon cask aged

Raaka Chocolate 83%, Bolivia

I found this chocolate in a grocery in Philadelphia. This chocolate is a small bar (2.5 oz) , but thick and heavy. I mean that this chocolate is not so sweetened, solid with less milk  and bitter. I can also feel fineness of chocolate. I love it.
